I'm a learning experience design leader with over nine years of experience helping large organizations build real capability — not just awareness — around emerging technology and AI.

Currently leading Technology & AI Fluency curriculum at Dell Technologies, where I've built scalable learning programs that reach a global workforce of 100,000+ employees. My work lives at the intersection of learning science, creative design, and practical technology adoption.

I hold an M.S. in Learning Technologies from the University of North Texas and was recognized with the Silver Award for Excellence in Learning Design at the Learning Technologies Awards.
